1.HOW TO ENTER/ WINNER SELECTION:Pepsi and 97.9 The Beat are encouraging listeners to live life to the fullest during this New Year’s Bucket list challenge! Beginning January 1st, 2013 – January 15th, 2013, listeners will be encouraged to log on to thebeatdfw.com, and share photos of themselves “living in the moment” (ex: traveling, learning a new skill, or living out their dreams). Every entrant will automatically qualify for the Grand Prize. You must be 21 and up to win the grand prize.

2.PRIZE: One (1) iPad Mini 16GB Wi-Fi will be awarded (approximate retail value $329).

3.GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) persons (winner and one (1) travel guest) to New Orleans, LA for private Pepsi events, departing Thursday, January 31, 2013 returning Monday, February 4, 2013 (4 night stay). Grand Prize includes: Access to a private Pepsi event in New Orleans, two (2) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home within the continental U.S. (airport, carrier and itinerary selected by Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for four (4) nights, ground transportation to and from the airport and Pepsi events in New Orleans, $400 spending money and two (2) Pepsi Gift Bags. Estimated retail value is $6,450, depending upon winner's point of travel origin. Selection of airline, airport, venue and seating at venue shall be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancelled, delayed or postponed, flights or concert dates. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of prize winner. All travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and travel guest must be 21 years of age or older. Winner and travel guest must possess all necessary documentation required for air travel (e.g., valid photo identification).

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible [daily prize winners/qualifying entries] received throughout the sweepstakes period. Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted on-air by 97.9 The Beat on January 15th, 2013. The name and address of potential GrandPrize winner may be announced on-air following drawing. 97.9 The Beat reserves the right to notify and/or contact the potential winner by phone and to broadcast all or a portion of the notification phone call on air in either a live or pre-recorded format as determined by 97.9 The Beat. Odds of winning Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible/qualifying entries received.

3.ELIGIBILITY:Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the U.S. residing in the states of Texas. Employees of 97.9 The Beat, Pepsi-Cola Company, its bottlers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and persons living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. If potential prize winner is a minor, prize may be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian who must sign all prize acceptance documents assume all responsibilities of prize winner. Limit one I pad Mini per household, per thirty days.

4.GENERAL:No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by 97.9 The Beat in its sole discretion. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Prize winner will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. No groups, clubs or organizations may enter or win prizes. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of and interpretations of the rules by 97.9 The Beat which shall be final and binding.

5.WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential winner(s) will be notified by phone at the postal phone number provided in entry. Major prize winners will be required to sign and return to 97.9 The Beat an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within 30 days of first attempt at notification. If any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, or if mail is returned as undeliverable, without a forwarding address, then prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Travel guests of trip winners may also be required to sign and return a travel release before prize is awarded.. Allow no more than (1) week for delivery of prize by e- mail following completion of notification process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States) if appropriate, concerning prize pick-up at radio station offices: (Winner must personally pick-up prize at 97.9 The Beat within 30 days and present identification for prize to be released. All travel and transportation costs, if any, associated with collecting the prize, are winner's responsibility.

6.RELEASE OF LIABILITY.All entrants, as a condition of participation, and all winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release 97.9 The Beat, Pepsi-Cola Company, its bottlers, each of their

respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, divisions, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize. Neither 97.9 The Beat nor Pepsi-Cola Company make any representations nor warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Upon request, winners must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by 97.9 The Beat except for residents in TN and where prohibited by law.
